During the site inspection, the inspecting team analyzes the house's interior for the current design, conditions, and defects. This is done in the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and living area. The exterior inspection covers the wall finishes and the design fixtures. The team also inspects the plumbing and electrical fixtures, including the lighting. The design team collects the data from the site inspection team regarding the building materials and their availability. They check the acoustic fixtures, lighting fixtures, wall finishes, floor finishes, and the required renovation. After establishing these details, they instruct the demolition team to demolish the marked wall finishes, floor finishes, existing light fixtures, and the roof shingles in the exterior. This demolition team doubles up as the renovation team and renovates the house's exterior and interior. The interior renovations covered walls (new wall finish, acoustic treatment), floor (new floor finish), electrical (new lighting fixtures), and plumbing (new plumbing fixtures).
